* WHEN...Until noon EDT today.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Heartbreaking ending for missing child

MONTEZUMA - The body of a 10-year-old girl who reportedly had wandered from a home was found in a channel of water Saturday afternoon.

Jade Riggs, 6339 state Route 703, Celina, was found dead by firefighters at about 2 p.m. Saturday during extensive search efforts by area emergency responders. [More]

CELINA - Officials deemed the 2016 Celina Lake Festival a success despite the heat and humidity.
