* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Mildred Schoen
Mildred A. Schoen, age 94, of Coldwater, died Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born March 14, 1922, in Trinity, Indiana, to the late Aloys & Catherine (Wilhoff) Miller. On November 20, 1946, she married Louis B. Schoen, who died June 2, 1989.
She is survived by a daughter, Joan & Jim Shane of Coldwater, five grandchildren, Brian Kaylor, Joelle Curiel, Abigail Rimmer, Rodney Schoen, and Amanda Zimmerman, seven great-grandchildren, Lexi, Lucas, Daniel, Olivia, Aisha, Leyton and Hunter, a great-great-grandchild, Zoe, a brother, Raymond & Phyllis Miller of Celina and in-laws, Ludwina Miller of Coldwater, and Pauline Hess of Coldwater.
She is preceded in death by a son, William J. Schoen, siblings Florentine Loy, Asella Muhlenkamp, Sylvester Miller, Sr. DePaul Miller, Sr. Magdaline Miller, Adaline Wagner and Jerome Miller.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Church, Coldwater and St. Ann's Ladies Sodality.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
