* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Hanging out on a bridge

A great blue heron stands on the wooden bridge over Pullman Bay recently. The weather today is expected to be mostly sunny with a high of 81, according to local forecaster Dennis Howick. Tonight will become partly cloudy with isolated showers and a low of 63. Wednesday will be partly cloudy with showers and a high of 75.
