* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Brenda Brands
Brenda Lou (Roller) Brands, age 72 of Englewood, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2016.
She had retired from Northmont City Schools as a latch key aide at Northwood Elementary. Brenda later worked as a home healthcare aide for First Light Home Care. She was a member of V.F.W. Post #7741 where she served on the Ladies Auxiliary Board and a member of American Legion Post #707.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years: John "Jack" Brands, sons: John (Teresa) Brands of Vandalia, Chris (Melissa) Brands of KY, grandchildren: Trenton, Aubrey and Nicholas Brands, step-grandchildren: Josh, Joey and Jake Tisone, step-brother: Daniel Baker of IN, relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her father: Axley Roller, and mother and step-father: Martha (Dickenson) and Hobart Baker.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood).
The family will receive friends on Sunday, from 1:00 p.m. until time of services.
Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
