* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

As temperatures continue to fall, residual moisture may freeze on roadways. In addition, gusty winds of 25-35 MPH may lead to some snow drifting over roads as well.

Cupcake crafters

Two students in Jenna Hodge's third-grade class at Celina Elementary School on Wednesday show each other their progress in making penguin cupcakes. The class decorated cupcakes to look like penguins as they studied non-fiction writing.
