CELINA - A 39-year-old rural Fort Recovery man has been arrested in connection with the death of a 4-year-old boy, sheriff Jeff Grey said this morning.
Cory W. Eischen, 5098 Rauh Road, is in Mercer County jail awaiting charges stemming from the death of Jaxxen Baker of the same address, Grey said. [More]
