Migratory birds enjoy the water at the Coldwater Creek Treatment Train on Johnston Road on Tuesday. Lake Facilities Authority Board members on Tuesday agreed to pay the final $20,000 for the facility. The vegetation is used to remove phosphorus, which feeds harmful algae, from water running into Grand Lake.
