* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Harvey Henning Jr.
Harvey Henning, Jr., age 89 of Wapakoneta and had wintered in Florida for about the last 15 years, fell asleep at 12:42 p.m., Sunday, October 16, 2016 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.
He was born July 12, 1927 in Wyandotte, Michigan; to the late Harvey and Louise Horn Henning, Sr. He married Patricia Kohler, deceased and married Theresa Lozon Franklin on April 28, 1979 who fell asleep on May 9, 2013.
Mr. Henning was a retired electrician and had worked at Bradley Farms in Canada. He was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran serving at Pearl Harbor. He was a member of the VFW Post 9289 and American Legion Post 232 both of St. Marys. He enjoyed collecting salt & pepper shakers and loved "going saleing" (garage sales).
He is survived by a son - Dennis Duane Henning of Celina; 3 daughters - Donna "Dee" (Larry) Street of St. Marys; Dianne (Daniel) Hoelscher of St. Marys; Debbie June Henning of St. Marys; step children - David Franklin; Gary (Heidi) Franklin; Scott Franklin; Tammy Franklin; Steve Franklin; a step daughter-in-law - Debbie Franklin; 23 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; a sister - Martha Nagel of St. Marys.
He was preceded in death by 3 brothers - Edwin Henning, William Henning, Herbert Henning; step children - Ken Franklin, David Franklin, Debbie Franklin, Rob Franklin, Michael Franklin.
Memorial contributions may be made to Allen County Veterans Mission.
