ST. MARYS - Officials told residents on Monday the reasons why some monthly electric bills have jumped about 20 percent since rate changes in July.

Celina boys soccer team plays first-ever state semifinal on Wednesday in Tiffin
The seeds for the successful run of the Celina boys soccer team were sown two years ago after a run to the regional final.
They were cultivated after watching the girls soccer team make the state semifinals last season.
