COLDWATER - Dale Albers, Celina, was re-elected to the Mercer County Soil and Water Conservation District board of supervisors during the district's 72nd annual banquet meeting Tuesday.

New parks rules get final tweak
CELINA - City council members this week put the final touches on an ordinance updating the city's park policies, including new rules and penalties.
Raises approved for Minster employees
MINSTER - All village employees will receive a 3 percent pay raise for 2017.
Council members on Tuesday approved the increase after an 18-minute executive session during their regular meeting.
