Snow showers will continue this afternoon into the evening hours. Slick spots may develop on roads tonight as temperatures drop and northwest winds gust from 20 to 30 mph. Coverage of snow showers is expected to decrease overnight before ending Monday morning. Most the area will see an accumulation of one-half inch to 2 inches. Visibility will be restricted at times in the heavier showers.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Rockford street bid accepted
CELINA - Mercer County Commissioners on Tuesday approved the annexation of 8.732 acres into Fort Recovery.
They also accepted a bid of more than $700,000 for a major street improvement in Rockford.
More pay sought for extra routes
FORT RECOVERY - The school district's transportation director is urging board members to replace two buses, improve drivers' benefits and increase pay for extracurricular drivers.
WAPAKONETA - Auglaize County Dog Warden Russ Bailey's requested 2017 budget could save the county $23,000.
Bailey requested $5,000 in equipment appropriations, down from $28,000 this year.
MONTEZUMA - A single-vehicle accident downed a power pole, closing state Route 219 between U.S. 127 and Canal Street for six and a half hours this morning.
