* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Larry Coby
Larry James Coby 77 of Richmond, Indiana, passed away November 28, 2016 at Rosebud Village after a long illness.
He was born January 6, 1939 in Celina, Ohio to Oliver and Mary Goodpaster Coby and lived in the surrounding area for most of his life.
He owned Coby-Brookbank auto sales in Portland, Indiana.
Larry was an avid Reds and Bengals fan; he loved music and was a popcorn fanatic, but most of all he loved his family.
He is survived by his former wife and caregiver Glenda Coby of Richmond, three sons Keith Allen (Cheri) Coby of Ingleside, Illinois, Kirk Randall Coby of Richmond, Kim Scott Coby of Vandalia, Ohio, six grandchildren Ryan, Kristi, Stephanie, Melissa, Corey, Kyle, four great grandchildren Coby, Brady, Haley, Daytona, one brother Everett "JR" (Ruby "Toots") Coby, one sister Dorothy Schmitt, several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter-in-law Laurie, four brothers and sisters Betty, Gerald, Wayne, and Bob.
A Memorial service will be 4:00 PM Thursday December 1, 2016 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Pastor Sandy Ewing officiating; burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Friends may call from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association P.O. Box 96011 Washington, DC 20090-6011.
