Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas. CELINA - City council members again plan to pay off a portion of debt on the now-completed West Bank walkway project and refinance the rest, this time with a different bank.
NEW BREMEN - Council members created and filled a new position at Wednesday's special meeting.
The position of assistant fiscal officer was approved by emergency ordinance and then immediately filled. Amy Speelman will start her new duties Jan. 17.
