CELINA - City council members again plan to pay off a portion of debt on the now-completed West Bank walkway project and refinance the rest, this time with a different bank.
NEW BREMEN - Council members created and filled a new position at Wednesday's special meeting.
The position of assistant fiscal officer was approved by emergency ordinance and then immediately filled. Amy Speelman will start her new duties Jan. 17.
