Northeastern Shelby County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 306 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. CELINA - City council members again plan to pay off a portion of debt on the now-completed West Bank walkway project and refinance the rest, this time with a different bank.
NEW BREMEN - Council members created and filled a new position at Wednesday's special meeting.
The position of assistant fiscal officer was approved by emergency ordinance and then immediately filled. Amy Speelman will start her new duties Jan. 17.
