* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with several roads closed near and west of Celina. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... ROCKFORD - Parkway officials are considering plans for a new athletic training complex along with football stadium improvements.
