* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

A disabled car rests in the ditch along U.S. 127 after colliding with a semitrailer at the intersection of state Route 219 Monday afternoon. Two people were injured in the accident.
