* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Albert White
Albert T. "Tom" White, 89, of Celina, passed away at 10:45 p.m. Friday February 24, 2017 at Celina Manor.
He was born on March 11, 1927 in Clay City, KY to Russell & Ethal (Potts) White who preceded him in death. On October 13, 1951 he married Louise J. Cox and she survives in Celina.
Survivors also include a son and daughter; George R. (Pat) White of Celina, Denise R. White of St. Marys, a great-grandson Jake Kester and a sister Nellie (George) Hammer.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter Jenny Kester, a brother Ralph White and a sister Thelma Robertson.
Tom served as Corporal in the U.S. Army during the Korean War from 1950-1952. After being honorably discharged he returned to work as a service technician with ATT and retired after 40 years of service.
Tom was a treasure hunter who greatly enjoyed going to auctions. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing pool. He was also a Mason and a Shriner and had a devout Baptist faith. Most of all he loved being with his family.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday March 2, 2017 at Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina with Rev. Randy Christian officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens where military honors will be performed.
Friends may call 9:30 a.m. until the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to The Lord's Church, Celina.
