* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Florence Brown
Florence U. Brown, 91, New Weston, Ohio, died on March 8, 2017, at Brethren Retirement Community, Greenville, Ohio.
She was born November 6, 1925, in Maspeth, NY, to the late Stanley and Alice (Walitis) Malin. On February 7, 1948, she married John Brown, who died March 1, 2013.
Surviving are her daughter, Melissa Yates of New Weston, OH; a brother, Albert (Mary Ann) Malin of Mountain Top, PA; 3 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Terrie Brown of Charlotte, NC; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deceased are her son, Ralph Brown; a son-in-law Bill Wenz; a brother, Joe Malin; and a sister, Theresa Balton.
She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Sharpsburg, Ohio. Florence loved nature and enjoyed watching the birds and the butterflies outside her home. She also loved a game of canasta cards and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, Ohio, Fr. Matthew Feist officiating. Burial will follow at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens, Greenville, Ohio.
Calling is 3:00 pm-8:00 pm Friday and 9:00 am-10:00 am Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
