* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 9 inches.
* WHERE...Auglaize, Hardin, and Mercer Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Celina Tent work begins

Construction workers build Celina Tent's future 97,200-square-foot distribution center. The approximately $3 million expansion will incorporate new shipping and receiving docks and will create about five full-time warehouse positions, administration manager Jill Roy has said.
