Ruth Raudabaugh
Ruth Raudabaugh, 95, formerly of Wadsworth more recently of Mentor, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2017.
She was born December 20, 1921 in Celina, OH to the late Fay and Esta Houts.
Mrs. Raudabaugh was a member of Trinity Unity Church of Christ where she was active in many groups. She was a former employee of Celina Mutual Insurance Co., Lumberman's Insurance Co., and Westfield Insurance Co.
She was preceded in death on January 1, 2010, by her husband Donald Raudabaugh with whom she had celebrated 58 years of marriage, her brothers John, Dale and Calvin Houts and sister Lucille Hamilton.
Ruth is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Bruce and Kathy Raudabaugh of Eastlake, daughter and son-in-law Kay and Mark Wittorf of Columbia, SC, grandchildren: Sean (Kara) Wittorf, Julia (Glenn) Brown, Brian (fiancée Whitney) Raudabaugh, great grandchildren Brooks and Sawyer Wittorf , sister Valone (Don) Kable and brother Elden (Marjorie) Houts.
Funeral service will be conducted 1 pm Saturday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth with Rev. Daniel Doty officiating, where the family will receive friends 4-7 pm Friday and one hour prior to services from 12-1 pm. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Hospice of the Western Reserve for their wonderful care.
