Utility rates may be increased for grant approval
ROCKFORD - Village officials are looking for ways to pay for improvements at the wastewater treatment plant.
Village administrator Jeff Long on Tuesday informed council members that the village plans to apply for a $490,000 Community Development Block Grant to aid in funding the project.
