* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Feltman
Dorothy M. Feltman age 92, formerly of New Bremen, died on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 10:35 A.M. at the residence of her daughter Carol in Centre Hall, PA.
She was born on December 3, 1924 in New Bremen. She was the daughter of Herbert and Leona (Kettler) Donnerberg. She was first married to Paul Davis who preceded her in death and then married Charles Feltman on August 21, 1976 and he preceded her in death on April 21, 1997.
Survivors include her daughters Connie (Richard) Chew of Centre Hall, PA., Carol (Barry) Williams of Centre Hall, PA., and Cathy (Robert) Wert of Chico, CA., nine grandchildren, one step grandchild, seventeen great grandchildren, seven step great grandchildren, ten great great grandchildren and one step great great grandchild. Also surviving are her sisters; Mary Lou Campbell of Berne, IN., Donna Nagel of St. Marys, OH., Virginia Sweigart of Celina, OH., and Catherine Jones of Celina, OH., and her sister in law Miriam Donnerberg of St. Marys, OH.
Preceding her in death was three grandchildren, her sister Betty Bergman-Phlipot and her brothers James and Don Donnerberg.
Mrs. Feltman was a member of the St. Paul United Church of Christ in New Bremen and was a 1942 graduate of New Bremen High School. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Services will be at a later date at the convenience of the family at the Willow Grove Cemetery, New Bremen, OH.
