* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Daniel Garman
Daniel J. Garman, age 61 of Celina, Ohio passed away at 11:40 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital in Columbus.
He was born on Oct. 30, 1955 in Celina, Ohio to the late James C. & Rosanne (Schmitz) Garman.
Survivors include his children John and Michelle Ellis of Port Huron, MI, Tori and Shawn Rhoades of Celina, Danielle and McLean Correll of Pickerington, seven grandchildren, siblings Stephen and Deb Garman of Elizabethtown, KY, Cheryl and Dan Klaas of West Liberty, Darla Heckler of Greenville, James T. Garman of Holland, Timothy Garman of Celina.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Scott Garman.
Dan graduated from Celina Senior High School in 1974. He was formerly employed at the Huffy Bicycle in Celina and was currently employed by Cooper Farms.
Dan was a life member of the V.F.W. Post #5713 Auxiliary in Celina and a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #210 in Celina. He was also a member of the Celina Eagles, NRA and the Mercer County Sportsmen's Association. Dan enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and spending time with his family.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday May 29, 2017 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, Ohio, with Fr. Kenneth G. Alt C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in the Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday May 28, 2017 and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Monday at the Funeral Home.
