* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

The county's second traffic fatality of 2017 occurred just before 4 p.m. Friday when this Ford F-150 pickup truck went off Township Line Road north of state Route 29, and rolled over, and killing 52-year-old Alice L. Buschor.
