* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Alice Waterman
Alice F. Waterman, 87, formerly of New Bremen, died at 11:35 a.m. June 8, 2017, at Heritage Center nursing home, Minster.
Private graveside services will be held at the German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen, the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating.
