* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Pauline Strickler
Pauline I. Strickler, 90 years old of Middle Point, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Vancrest of Delphos.
She was born on Thursday, October 28, 1926 in Huntington, Indiana the daughter of the late Tracy Kelly Smith and the late Anna Rebecca (Dull) Smith. She married Richard L. Strickler on November 15, 1947 in Fort Wayne, Indiana and he preceded her in death on July 10, 2006.
Pauline was a homemaker & had also worked at Borden's Cheese for five years. She enjoyed astrology.
Surviving are her son, Douglas A. (Lucy) Strickler of Middle Point, OH; daughter-in-law, Kim Strickler of Middlepoint, OH; three grandchildren; & six great-grandchildren.
Preceding Pauline in death were two sons, Mark Strickler & Barry Strickler; two grandchildren, Eric & Hollie Strickler; three sisters; a brother; & two half-brothers.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home in Decatur with memorial visitation to be held for one hour prior. Celebrant Dave McIntire will officiate.
Following the memorial service a meal will be held at AMVETS on Adams Street in Middle Point, Ohio.
Preferred memorials are to Alzheimer's Association of Greater Indiana.
