WAPAKONETA - As the 165th Auglaize County Fair winds to a close today, attendance numbers are closing in on those from last year.
Assistant fair manager Jack Hayzlett on Friday said attendance figures calculated so far are within 2 percent of last year's attendance of 55,000.
