Constance M. "Connie" Albers, 70, Anna, died on Aug. 5, 2017, at Heritage Center nursing home, Minster.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville, the Rev. Steve Mondiek officiating. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at the church.

Memorials may be given to the American Stroke Association.
