An Arctic front will sweep east across the region between 5 AM and 9 AM. A few hours of snow showers and west wind gusts of 35 to 40 mph will occur with the frontal passage. While any accumulations will generally be a half inch or less, some challenging travel conditions may develop given, rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities, strong wind and cold temperatures. These conditions will impact the morning commute. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Jack Beckett
Jack Beckett, age 77, of Kettering, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 5th, 2017 in Kettering at his home.
He was born February 1st, 1940 to Raymond Beckett and Dorothy (Simmons) Beckett in Jackson, Michigan.
To help the family celebrate his life, you are invited to the visitation at Conner and Koch Life Celebration Home, 92 W. Franklin St. Bellbrook, OH. 45305 on Thursday, August 10th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. There will be a short prayer service held Friday 11:00 am at Conner & Koch.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Friday, August 11th, 2017 at 12:00 pm at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church 3033 Far Hills Ave. Kettering, Ohio 45429.
