* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eudora Putman
Eudora Pearl Putman, age 90, of Fairborn, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek.
She was born November 2, 1926 in Van Wert County, to the late Frank C. & May T. (Curtis) Bartz. Eudora married Orby Kenneth Putman on June 23, 1951, and he preceded her in death on November 19, 1999.
She is survived by a Son, Jeffrey K. Putman of Kettering, Brothers & Sisters-in-law: Carl (Mary Jane) Putman of New Haven, IN, Joan (Leonard) Barry of Sun City, AZ, Norma Putman of Spencerville, and Robert Koenig of New Bavaria.
Also preceding her in death were a Son, Steven O. Putman, who died October 5, 2014, Brothers & Sisters: Marian (Charles) Carey, Curtis (Lucy) Bartz, Wilma (Donald) Parker, Verne (Marilyn Sue) Bartz and Lola Koenig; and Orby's Brothers: Robert (Maxine) Putman, Eugene (Iris) Putman and Howard Putman.
A Homemaker, Eudora was a graduate of Grover Hill High School, and had worked at Continental Can in Van Wert while her husband attended college.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, August 23, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Craig Martin, officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling Hours are from 1-3:00 PM on Wednesday, at the Funeral Home.
