* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Hecht
Robert L. "Bob" Hecht, age 85, of Celina, OH, died August 31, 2017 at 9:55 pm at the Celina Manor.
He was born October 13, 1931 in Celina, to the late William H. and Ruth B. (Suhr) Hecht. On September 3, 1950 he married Martha L. Hawk, and she survives in Celina.
Other survivors include three sons, Steven R. (Aleita Ailes) Hecht, London, OH, David N. Hecht, Sandusky, OH, and Rev. William J. (Debra) Hecht, Winter Haven, FL; a daughter, Ellen R. Hecht (John Torrance), Celina; nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Family members preceding Bob in death were his 4 siblings, Ralph W. Hecht, Beatrice Kessler, Anna Lee Amstutz, and R. Neil Hecht; and a daughter-in-law, Jennie A. Hecht.
Bob was a 1949 graduate of Celina Senior High School and attended the University of Cincinnati. As a professional life/health insurance agent and agency manager, Bob completed degrees at both the Purdue Institute of Life Insurance Marketing and American College of Financial Services, receiving his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation. For over 60 years, Bob enjoyed working with many area insurance agencies, agents and clients as owner of Hecht Associates Insurance Agency, Celina.
Bob was a member of the Celina St. John Lutheran Church, Lions Club and the Masonic Lodge F & AM 241. He served his community as Mayor of Celina from 1964-1968.
Visitation hours will be from 2:00 pm–6:00 pm, Sunday, September 3, 2017 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina; where a Masonic Lodge service will be held at 6:00 pm.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am, Monday, September 4, 2017, at St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, with Rev. Jeff Gramza and Vicar Dan Gutman officiating; where visitation hours will be from 9:30 am–10:30 am prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, OH. Friends and family are invited to a luncheon in the St. John Fellowship Hall.
