Two Wednesday afternoon accidents resulted in two fatalities in Mercer County. Responders, pictured, discuss a fatal accident in which bicyclist Nicholas Hemmelgarn, 67, Coldwater, was crossing St. Anthony Road when he was struck by a vehicle.
