* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Sheep belonging to veterinarian Dr. Paul Hunter graze beside a solar panel in Minster's solar field. In keeping with the theme of green energy at the solar field, the grass on location has been cut entirely by the sheep this year through a partnership between Hunter and the village. Video of the solar sheep is also online.
