* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Della Harter
Della Mae Harter, age 52 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Monday October 2, 2017 at the James Cancer Hospital in Columbus.
She was born in Celina, Ohio on Dec. 25, 1964 to Julietta (Kunk) Trafzer. She is survived by her mother and step father Julietta (Kunk) and Virgil Schwieterman, who live in Celina.
Also surviving are her two daughters and son-in-law Kimberly (Tyler) Shuttleworth of Van Buren, Indiana, Julia Goetz of Celina, a grandson Hunter Shuttleworth, two sisters and brothers-in-law Diane (Joe) Bruns of Celina, Donna (John) Bruns of St. Marys, brothers and sister-in-law Daniel (Michelle) Trafzer of Juette and David Leslein of Columbus.
Della was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law Deb (Dennis) Hague.
She was a member of the Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday Oct. 7, 2017 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Diane Mendelson officiating. Burial will follow in the Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Friday Oct. 6, 2017 and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
