* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

The congregation of St. Paul's United Church of Christ will celebrate the church's 150th anniversary with a special service on Nov. 5. The church, which is at the corner of Wabash and Oregon roads, grew out of the abundance of German immigrants in northern Mercer County in the mid-1800s. Many current church families are descended from these German immigrant families.
