* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Herbert Myers
Herbert Myers, age 88 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Thursday Oct. 12, 2017 at the Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born on July 21, 1929 in Portland, Indiana to the late Eugene & Vera (Bectol) Myers. On Aug. 31, 1951 he married Betty J. Hughes, who lives in Celina.
Also surviving are his two daughters & sons-in-law Terri (Jack) John of Celina Linda (Paul) Flatter of Dunkirk, IN, two sons and a daughter-in-law Randy (Becky) Myers and Jim Myers, both of Coldwater, 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Herbert was preceded in death by his brothers Charlie, Leroy, Jim, Jack, Bob, Danny and his sisters Mary Arnold, Helen Moore and Alvera Stayton.
Herbert served his country in the United States Army from 1953 until 1955. Before entering the Army he worked for Indiana Glass and New Idea. After his service to his country he became a Police Officer for the village of Coldwater until he retired in 1975, then he worked at Huffy's Bicycle plant in Celina.
Herbert was a member of the Coldwater Eagles, the Fraternal Order of Police and a Life Member of the American Legion Post #210 in Celina.
Private family memorial services will be held at a later date.
