Marilyn Kemper
Marilyn E. "Sis" Kemper age 81 of Minster, Ohio died on November 5, 2017 at the Heritage Center in Minster.
She was born on February 25, 1936 in Sidney, Ohio to the late John & Beatrice (Glass) Maier. She married Elton H. Kemper on September 6, 1954 and he preceded her in death on March 21, 1989.
She is survived by children Jim & Mary Kemper of Minster, David & Anita Kemper of Minster, and Jennifer & Mike Hoelscher of Toledo; Daughter in-law, Kathy & Jim Keiser of Minster; grandchildren, Angela, Amy, Tony, Lynn, Katie, Lisa, Kelli, Nick, Brian, Andrew and Emily; 13 great-grandchildren; siblings, Joan & Ken Copella of Sidney, Janet Born of Sidney, and Carolyn & Ron Miller of Sidney; in-laws, Mary Lou & Gene Phlipot of Minster, Tom & Ann Kemper of Xenia, Evelyn Kemper of Montezuma, and Rosemary Kemper of Yorkshire.
She was preceded in death by sons Tony and Steve Kemper; grandson, Michael; in-laws, Bob Born, Lester Kemper and Alvin Kemper.
She was a member of St. Augustine Church in Minster. She worked for Minster Local Schools cafeteria for over 18 years.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM Friday, November 10, 2017 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster with Rev. Rick Nieberding, celebrant. Burial will take place at St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, November 9 and from 9:00 to 9:30 AM on Friday, November 10.
