Connie Flowers-Seals
Connie M. (Kramer) Flowers-Seals, age 66 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Sunday December 3, 2017 at the James Cancer Center in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born on Nov. 19, 1951 in Coldwater, Ohio to the late Frank E. and Lula (Heinnickel) Kramer. On July 25, 1970 she married her first husband Allen F. Flowers Sr, who died Jan 9, 2005. On November 17, 2009 she married Ronnie Seals, who survives in Celina.
Connie is also survived by her children Allen Flowers, Jr of Mantee MS., Craig Flowers of Celina, John Flowers of West Chester, Brenda (Corey) Starkey of Reynoldsburg, Florence (Darin) Koesters of Toledo, Kathy Flowers of Wabash. Three step children Brian (Linda) Seals, Steve Seals, Sadina Seals all of Celina, twelve grandchildren, three step grandchildren, three brothers Albert Kramer of Columbus, Charles Kramer of Dayton, William Kramer of Xenia, two sisters Thelma Heitkamp of St. Marys, and Margie Manning of St. Marys and a brother-in-law Robert Hall.
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, a son Robert Flowers, sisters and brothers-in-law Wilma (John) Post, Mary Hall, a sister-in-law Mary Joan Kramer and brothers-in-law Randy Manning and Louis Heitkamp.
Connie was a graduate of Celina High School with the Class of 1983, in 2001 she received an associate degree in accounting from the Wright State Lake Campus. She was formerly employed at Huffy's in Celina.
She was a member of the Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Montezuma. Staying active in her church was a priority in her life, she volunteered with the church's Vacation Bible School and the Appalachian Service Project. Connie also volunteered with Head Start. She loved her gardening and just spending time outside.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday Dec. 8, 2017 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Diane Mendelson officiating. Private burial will be in the St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Wabash.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday Dec. 7, 2017 and from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Friday at the Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research.
