Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are occurring this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will be as low as 10 degrees below zero. Temperatures improve across western and southwest Ohio over the next few hours as clouds move in.

Richard Hayman
Richard J. Hayman, age 85, of Rockford, Ohio passed away on Friday, January 12, 2018 at the Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford.
He was born in Ottumwa, Iowa on April 30, 1932 to the late Joseph Luther and Eva (Decker) Hayman.
He is survived by his nieces and nephews; William & Mary Hayman of Lake Lure, North Carolina, Claudia & John Coe of Celina, John & Joan Hayman of Murray, Kentucky, James & Cheryl Hayman of Swan, Iowa, David & Dana Hayman of Sarasota, Florida and numerous great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother & sister-in-law William Morris & Martha Hayman.
Richard was active with the Cheryl Ann Program in Celina. He lived at The Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford for 24 years.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday Jan. 20, 2018 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Mick Whistler officiating. He will be buried in Aledo Cemetery in Aledo, IL with his parents.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the Funeral Home.
