* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

George Hackett
George Eldon "Smokey" Hackett, age 86, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018, at his home in Celina, Ohio.
He was born March 16, 1931, in Newberry Twp., Miami Co., Ohio, to the late Elwood "Pete" Hackett and Mirriam Dorothea (Sargent) Hackett.
On November 21, 1962, he married Helen Elaine (Selby) Hackett, they celebrated their 56th anniversary in 2017; and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, James D. Drieling (Trina Martens), Piqua, Ohio, and Lt. Col. Jon D. Drieling (Kristina Cassidy), Delaware, Ohio; a grand-daughter, Danielle (Matt) Stearns, Piqua, Ohio; three grandsons, David (Jennifer) Drieling, Piqua, Ohio, Stuart Drieling, Columbus, Ohio, and Ian Drieling, Columbus, Ohio; a great granddaughter, Caitlin E. Drieling, Piqua, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.
George was a member of Grace Missionary Church, Celina, Ohio, and a 1948 graduate of Bradford High School, Bradford, Ohio. He retired from Pre-Mark International (the former Hobart Manufacturing) in 1992.
His hobbies were fishing and boating, most often in the company of his brothers, Galen R. Hackett, Bradford, Ohio, who survives, and Bill Hackett, deceased. He is also preceded in death by a sister, C. Lucille Dedrick; and a brother, David A. Hackett.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at Grace Missionary Church on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 11:00 am, for friends, family, and much loved church family.
