* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joan Huber
Joan R. Huber, age 81, of St. Sebastian, died Monday, February 19, 2018 at The Gardens at St. Henry.
She was born July 17, 1936 at the Schwieterman Home in St. Sebastian, to the late Leander & Agnes (Evers) Schwieterman. On November 7, 1956 she married Gerald 'Smokey' Huber and he died December 5, 2002.
She is survived by her children: Ann & Mike Evers of St. Henry, Jane & Tim Miller of Portland, Jerry & Renee Huber of Tipp City, Jay & Joyce Huber of Maria Stein, Jennifer & Ted Ripploh of Minster and Amy & Steve Schmitz of Ft. Recovery; 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren with 1 on the way; and in-laws: Myrt Huber of McCartyville, and Dennis Stachler of Burkettsville.
She is preceded in death by in-laws: Sr. Cecelia Huber, Don Huber, Phyllis Stachler, Velma & Paul Billerman, Alice Thieman, Myron & Norma Huber.
She was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church. She belonged to a card club for 50 years, loved listening to WCSM on the radio, spending time in the outdoors gardening and farming and being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She formerly worked at several area restaurants.
Private family services will be held.
In lieu of flowers and gifts memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice or the Gardens Activity Fund. Any gifts should be sent directly to a family member.
