* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Taylor Mihm
Taylor J. Mihm, 21, Celina, died 10:54 P.M. Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at his residence, following a yearlong battle with leukemia.
He was born June 22, 1996, in Saint Marys, the son of Brian Leiss and Joanna Mihm. His father, Brian (Melinda) Leiss survives in Celina; his mother, Joanna (Christopher) Goins survives in Celina.
He is also survived by his siblings: Marissa (Shawn) Henline of Celina; Devin (Kelsi) Diedrich of Celina; Hunter Goins of Celina; Cole Leiss of Celina. He is survived by his maternal grandfather: James (Earlene) Mihm of Saint Marys; by his paternal grandfather: Jerry (Peggy) Leiss of Celina; maternal grandmother: Michaelene Leiss of Celina; by his nephews: Dalton, Dominic and Damyn Henline; by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Susanna Williams; paternal grandparents, James (Anna) Diedrich; step-grandparents: Dwight "Bud" (Sherry) Goins.
Taylor was a 2014 graduate of Celina High School. He was employed at Homan Incorporated, Maria Stein. He loved cars, skateboarding and fishing. He was a member of Abounding Grace Church, Celina.
Funeral rites will be held 7:00 P.M. Sunday, February 25, 2018, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Pastor Randy Christian, officiant.
Friends may call from 4-7 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.
