* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dean White
Dean A. "Scooter" White, age 64 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Monday March 12, 2018 at the James Cancer Center in Columbus.
He was born the son of Dean F. and Patsy (Kerr) White, on Feb. 23, 1954, in Zanesville, Ohio. On May 9, 1981 he married Patricia Fleck, who survives living in Celina.
Also surviving are his children Kristen (Seth) Kerns, Kyle White both of Celina, two grandchildren Ian Kerns, Logan Kerns, and his sister Bobbie (Dano) Vannette of Ft. Wayne.
He was preceded in death by his father Dean F. White.
Scooter graduated from Celina High School in 1972 and attended the University of Florida. He was employed by Sysco Foods in Cincinnati as a salesman.
Scooter was a member of the Celina Moose Lodge #1473, Celina Athletic Booster Club and the Celina Lynx Golf Course. He was on the Celina Hall of Fame Committee, Celina Basketball Coaching Staff, Director of the Bull Pups and co-coach of the Celina 8th grade boys basketball program.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Fieldhouse in Celina. Private family interment will be in North Grove Cemetery.
A memorial gathering will be held from 2-7 p.m. on Thursday March 15, 2018 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
