* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mickey Edmiston
Mickey L. Edmiston, age 85, of New Haven, Indiana passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at his residence after a lengthy illness.
Mr. Edmiston was born on January 9, 1933 in Montezuma, Ohio to the late Harold O. and Bertha Mae (Tobin) Edmiston.
He graduated from Celina Senior High School. Mick served his country honorably with the United States Army from 1951-1955. On November 27, 1955, he married Shirley Bender at St. John's Lutheran Church in Celina, Ohio.
Mick retired from Offset One as a printer in 1995. He was a printer by trade all of his life. Mick loved to be outside in the yard, gardening, and taking care of his roses. He also was an inspirational writer and enjoyed poetry.
Survivors include: Wife of 62 years, Shirley Edmiston. Daughter, Robin Ford. Son, Steve and Judie Edmiston. Grandchildren, Alex and Amy Ford, and Eric (Cammie) Edmiston. Great-grandchildren, Anna and Aj Ford. Sister, Marcieta Brookhart. Sister-in-law, Sue Edmiston.
Mickey was also preceded in death by his infant son; Todd Edmiston, grandson; Andy Ford, and Son-in-law, Jack Ford.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm at St. James Lutheran Church, 1720 State Road 930 East, New Haven, Indiana 46774.
Memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 11:30 am with visitation one-hour prior from 10:30 am-11:30 am at St. James Lutheran Church. Officiating the memorial service will be Pastor Marty Hampton.
Memorial Donations may be directed to St. James Lutheran Church or Parkview Hospice.
