ST. MARYS - City residents will see a 17 percent increase in their sewer bills each year through 2020, beginning with the bills payable on April 10.

CELINA - City council members are poised to sell a small parcel of abandoned railroad ground to Mercer Landmark, which owns the property, including the former city utility building at 426 W. Market St., directly east of the land.

Unemployment in Mercer County dropped in February to 2.9 percent to remain the lowest jobless rate in Ohio.
