Scattered snow showers can be expected this morning along with westerly winds gusting to around 40 mph at times. Temperatures will continue to fall this morning, with readings dropping well below freezing.
Snow accumulations will be a half inch or less. This will result in some slick spots on untreated surfaces as well as bridges and overpasses. Please allow for some extra time to reach your destination this morning. Be prepared for changing road conditions as well as gusty winds.

Shirley Gross, left, and Cheryl Pease, both of Celina, paint martini glasses at Sidecar Martinis on Main while participating in the Great April Adventure on Friday night in downtown Celina. The two were part of the team "Awesome 4Some" along with Kassie Miller and Karlyn Marchal, also of Celina. Ten teams completed tasks at each participating business in a bid to win chamber gift cards.
