Weekend starts fast

Several fundraisers took place in Mercer County over the weekend. Runners set off on the Grey 5K Run/Walk on Sunday morning in Maria Stein. About 2,000 people participated in the 5K that benefited local teacher and coach Dan Thobe, who is battling an inoperable brain tumor.
