* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Scott Huelsman of Chickasaw competes Friday night in the 11th Annual Ohio State Benefit Pull, which is being held for the first time in Fort Recovery. Proceeds from the benefit pull will go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Southwest Ohio. Action continues today at 7 p.m., with gates opening at 4 p.m. There will be a kiddie tractor pull for children ages 3-10, and two bikes will be raffled off tonight for children.
