* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Winona Oswalt
Winona May Oswalt, age 84, of St. Marys, Ohio, passed away very peacefully after multiple battles with pneumonia on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at 7:55 am in Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community.
She was born September 19, 1933, in Circleville, Ohio to the late Leroy and May (Canter) Evans.
She is survived by her children, Sterling Mark Oswalt, Brookville, Ohio, Crystal Lynn (Garrett Pontious) Oswalt, St. Marys, and Coral Elaine (Derek) Small, West Chester, Ohio; a brother, Don Eugene (Bonnie) Hackworth, Hilton Head, South Carolina; 3 grandchildren, Dan (Meghan) Oswalt of Portland, Oregon; Katie Oswalt, London, England, and Benjamin Small of West Chester. She also has two great grandsons, Noel and Micah, of Portland, Oregon.
Also preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Cordle; and a brother, Dallas Canter.
Winona was an executive secretary at OSU College of Veterinary Medicine and went on to retire as a veterinary technician from Western Hills Veterinary Clinic in Middletown, Ohio.
Winona was devout in her Christian faith and lived out her Christian testimony with family, friends and others she met. She considered her Otterbein Community to be extended family. She will be truly missed by all.
A celebration of life service will begin at 2:00 pm, Saturday, June 16, 2018 in the Wissman Room on the campus of Otterbein, St. Marys with Rev. Beverly Hurlburt officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Graveside services will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys, Ohio.
