* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Hines
Robert C. Hines, 87, passed away to be with the Lord on June 1st.
He was born on May 20th, 1931 to Lewis and Edith (Moser) Hines in Toledo, Ohio. He was married to Mary E. Irish Hines for 37 years, who survives in Celina.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Brother Vernon, Sisters Lucile and Evelyn, 2 Grandsons Trey Harter and Joe Hines, and 2 Stepsons Chuck and Frank Irish.
Surviving Children: Kathy Phillips, Celina, Candy (Kelly Joe) Hire, Van Wert, Karen (Kevin) Knoth, Coldwater, Connie (Dale) Cook, Celina, Scott, Florida, Rob & Gary, Celina, Erin (Missy) Almond, TX and April Tommy, TX, many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Bob loved to fish, and travel to flea markets from Ohio to Florida. He had many friends, and will be sadly missed. He was in the U.S. Navy Reserve and the Ohio National Guard.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday June 16th at 1 o'clock at the Celina VFW. Dinner following.
